What happened to my MoreEco Rewards?

When MorEeco changed its rewards from a points based system to a cash based system. Therefore as part of this change we have converted your points balance to a cash balance.

Any rewards which were receievd as free or bonus points have been converted in to carbon offsets. The carbon offsets are carried out by ClimateCare.

Please follow this example.

MoreEco member points balance pre-cash back change over

• Total points balance - 1756
• Points from shopping - 1056
• Points received as sign up bonus - 500
• Points received from refer a friend - 250

MoreEco member cash back balance after points to cash back change over

• Total cash back earnings - £5.28
• Amount of Carbon Offset generated - 75Kg's  (This amount has been added to the total amount which MoreEco has offset.)
