The Environmental Transport Association (ETA) was established in 1990 as an ethically alternative motoring organisation andsustainable travel lobby group.
The ETA is now Britain’s largest charity focused on transport and the environment.
Their aim is to raise awareness of the impact of excessive car use and help individuals and organisations to make positive changes in their travel habits.
They continue to be a completely not-for–profit organisation; their sustainable transport campaigning and environmental projects are funded by the revenue from the services theyprovide.
These include an international breakdown service, which haswon awards from both Ethical Consumer magazine and the Green Fleetawards, plus a number of ethical and carbon neutral insurance services. |
