The lentil design lamp is designed and hand made in London. These unique lamps are made from recycled paper and porcelain clay, cleverly infused with lentils.

Our designer says, “My porcelain, paper clay lamps are made by mixing recycled paper pulp and porcelain clay. In the firing process the paper burns out leaving a delicate, translucent structure, which suffuses any room with a warm glow.”

Tord Boontje Recycled Glass Carafe

Created from recycled bottles the carafe is made in Guatemala by a local artisan group who have developed skills in cutting and polishing glassware to create beautiful works of art. The Guatemalan scheme is part of a Design with Conscience campaign that aims to use design to foster humanitarian and environmental causes around the world.

This is great story and a great product too. We think it’s a future design classic.
