And because of its antibacterial properties, it needs no pesticides. Bamboo regenerates naturally through an extensive root system that sends out an average of four to six new shoots per year. It can be harvested and re-harvested, and will grow again and again. And when your T-shirt finishes its useful life, it can return to nourish the earth, as it is 100% biodegradable. How’s that for eco-friendly?

Casa Copenhagen help to support a girls school located in a village between Bangalore and Mysorein India. It provides education to girls aged 3 to 15 and teaches them maths, physics, writing, spelling and sewing.
